All Koshi Sushi products are made in a sophisticated temperature controlled factory. Our methods of production and distribution incorporate HACCP procedures in accordance with our food safety plan.

We have a HACCP accreditation certificate from NCIS.

Shelf Life

Sushi has a 24 hour shelf life from time of delivery. Any product not sold or consumed within this period must be disposed of.  Koshi Sushi does not have a sale or return policy and does not take responsibility for wastage of product that falls out of  "use by" date.

Important:  The sushi must be consumed no later than the "use by" date
