Ordering 

• All order may be placed via  - email sales@koshi.com.au,  Ph (03) 9429 4144  Fax (03) 9429 8388 
• Our office is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
• Orders must be placed by 4:00pm for delivery the next day.
• Orders for delivery on weekends are required by 4:00pm on the Friday prior.
• Any orders may be picked up Monday to Saturday 8.30am - 5:00pm.

Delivery

• We deliver fresh sushi seven days a week.
• All deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles.
• For deliveries within a 10km radius of the Melbourne CBD a minimum order of $50 applies.
• Deliveries within a 10km radius of the CBD - No delivery fee applies.
• Deliveries between 11-15 km, a $5 delivery fee will apply.
• Deliveries between 16 - 20km, an $8 delivery fee will apply.
• Deliveries over 21 km will be subject to individual case basis.
• All delivery charges are ex GST

Payment Terms
 
Unless an application for credit has been completed and approved, all deliveries are C.O.D. Product will not be left unless payment has been received for C.O.D customers or an authorised signature appears on the invoice as proof of delivery.

Customers with credit approval must settle their accounts promptly within the period approved.
